Help - I can't find what I'm looking for
Understanding how the website is set up will help you navigate to where you want to be. Essentially the pages are displayed on an ‘as-needed’ or ‘pay-wall’ basis.
PUBLIC – these are the main menu items you see above from Home >> Login.
TRIBE – if you want to be connected to ChiroEurope, use the Sign up page in the submenu under ‘Home’. This will also create an account with us (more on that below).
SEMINAR / PRODUCT / COURSE PURCHASES – when you pay for something with us, that will open up new pages on the website as submenus. This includes ChiroEurope, Vital Experience and Meditation.
KICK-ASS MASTERMIND / COURSES / COACHING – this opens up a large number of new pages with significant content , and access to private social networking groups.
Here’s some of the more common questions.
Click either on Home > Join ChiroEurope, OR Log In, OR the Orange logo top right on the page. When you complete the form, it is super important that you use your most permanent email address. This email address will be your username with us and cannot be changed later.
Under Home you will see that a new page is there called ‘Tribe Membership’. Here we give you a taste of what is available if / when you take the dive and join us at one of our events.
Click on the small alien like logo top right on the screen, this will open up your account page. You can upload your own profile pic if you want in that tab. As a Tribe member there is not a lot of content, except the ability to update / edit your membership details on the Home tab.
The links to each event / product you can find in the main menu pages whether you are logged in or not. Sometimes we ask you to be logged in to make the payment, this is so your already-stored information is used correctly for your invoice records, and that you do not accidentally create multiple accounts.
First step is to click your alien / face pic and open up your account page. The meaning of each ‘tab’ is already explained there. Since Kick-Ass is a monthly recurring membership, it is listed under Subscriptions (update your credit card details here). Invoices for Kick-Ass can be found in Purchases. All other tickets / purchases can be found in Tickets. The links for invoices etc can be found by clicking the cog / gear icon to the right of the ticket record.
